Easy breakfast at the hotel, then we all meet at The Bored Peach Club to look honestly at what's working, get inside how buyers really decide, and start building your core story.
Afternoon
We let ideas breathe through lunch, then the real work: shaping your pitch with the right tools and putting it to the test in a hands-on pitch lab.

We look back at what we made, then step away for a creative experience to shake the mind loose.

The three we get asked most about Gozo. The rest live in one place.
What is not included?
Accommodation is not included, so you book your own room and we point you to the places we like near the venue. Flights are not included either, and neither is travel insurance, which we ask everyone to arrange. Spa treatments and anything on a personal bar tab sit outside the price too. Everything else, transfers, all meals, the two day programme and the post trip toolkit, is in.
What is the minimum group size, and what if we are fewer than eight?
The room works best between eight and twelve people. Smaller teams still run: a private buyout for four to seven is possible at the same flat group price, since the villa and the days are held for you either way. If you are two or three, a single seat on an open date is usually the better value route.
How do cancellations and date changes work?
A deposit of 30 percent confirms the dates and is refundable up to 60 days before arrival. Between 60 and 30 days we hold it as credit against another edition within twelve months. Inside 30 days the full fee stands, though you can send different people. One date change is free if you tell us more than 45 days out.
