Terms and conditions.

Your contract is with Von Peach GmbH, Suurstoffi 37, 6343 Rotkreuz, Switzerland. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed when we confirm your ticket by email, not when you submit the form.

• A live seat gives one named person access to the session on Google Meet at the stated date and time. Seats are limited and sold in order of payment.
• A recording gives you a personal, non transferable link to watch the session after it has taken place, normally within a few days of the session.
• Buying several tickets is fine. Please send us the names so everyone gets their own joining details.
• Sessions are for you. Please do not record, republish or resell the material, and please do not share your link.

Consumers in the EEA and the UK normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Two exceptions apply here, and by completing checkout you agree to them.

• Live sessions and retreats are services tied to a specific date, so the statutory withdrawal right does not apply. Our own cancellation terms below apply instead, and they are more generous than the law requires.
• Recordings are digital content. You ask us to make them available before the withdrawal period ends and you acknowledge that your withdrawal right is lost once we send your access link. Until we send it, you can cancel for a full refund.

• Cancel a live seat more than seven days before the session and we refund it in full.
• Cancel within seven days, or not turn up, and we cannot refund the seat, but we will move you to the next date or send you the recording instead.
• You may transfer a seat to a colleague at any point before the session. Just email us their name.
• If we cancel or move a session, you choose: the new date, the recording, or a full refund.
• Retreats in Gozo are quoted and invoiced individually. Payment terms, deposits and cancellation windows are set out in that quote and take precedence over this page. Travel, flights and insurance are yours to arrange.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within fourteen days. To cancel, email hello@vonpeach.com with your ticket code.

We will run the session with care and with the facilitator named on the page, though we may substitute an equally qualified facilitator if we have to. Workshops are education, not consultancy or a guarantee of a commercial outcome. Our liability is limited to what you paid, except where the law does not allow that limit, such as death, personal injury, or our own gross negligence or intent.

These rooms are small and built on trust. We may remove anyone who is abusive, discriminatory or persistently disruptive, without a refund.

Swiss law applies and the courts of Zug have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, nor your right to bring a claim there. Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
