The concept
The Sunday Club takes strategy out of the office and into the heart of the Mediterranean. Away from everyday pressures and familiar routines, people think differently about hard problems and leave with something they actually made.
Teams come to work a live brief together. Individuals come for a holiday with a point to it, three days of real craft with a small room of strangers, then the sea.
Who comes
Some rooms are one team working a brief. Some are a handful of people who booked a holiday that teaches them something. Both run on Sunday time.

You take the villa, the room and the three days. We build the agenda around one live brief, a rebrand, a pitch, a strategy that keeps stalling, and you leave with it shipped.
Track two
A holiday with a difference. Join a small mixed room as an individual, work on your own project or the theme of the edition, and spend the rest of the day in the sea.

We let ideas breathe through lunch, then the real work: shaping your pitch with the right tools and putting it to the test in a hands-on pitch lab.

The Sunday Club is a facilitated 3 day team strategy retreat in Gozo, Malta, built for founders and leadership teams. Days two and three are a working strategy workshop at The Bored Peach Club, tailored to your team brief across strategy, positioning, pitch, narrative and team workflows.
Founders, executive teams and small senior groups of roughly four to ten people who need to step out of the day to day and align on something that matters. Common use cases include a strategy reset, a fundraise pitch, a repositioning, post merger alignment, or kicking off a new chapter.
Three days on the ground in Gozo. Day one is arrival and setting the stage. Days two and three are facilitated strategy workshop sessions at The Bored Peach Club, with long lunches, coastal walks and proper breaks built in. Sunday pace, sharp output.

The Sunday Club takes place at The Bored Peach Club, a private retreat house on the island of Gozo, the quieter sister island of Malta. It is a short ferry crossing from the main island and we handle transfers from the ferry on arrival.
