Arrival: the room finds itself
Pick up at the airport, the ferry across to Gozo, then an aperitivo at The Bored Peach Club. Nothing is taught on the first evening on purpose. Twelve strangers who have eaten together give better feedback the next morning than twelve strangers who met at a name badge table.
Day one: the story underneath the pitch
The morning is honest work. You look at what is actually working in your current pitch, deck or narrative, and you get inside how the people you are talking to really decide. Then you build the core story: the one sentence version, the shape it takes, the tension that makes anyone care.
The afternoon is a pitch lab. You take what you built through lunch and put it in front of the room, and the room tells you where it went slack. This is the part people describe as bruising and useful in the same breath.
By the end of day one you have a story you can say out loud without a deck.
Day two: delivery, and the part that outlasts the trip
Morning is craft: turning flat slides into a story, pacing, what to cut, how to hold a room when the questions get sharp. Afternoon is live practice with real questions, then we build the workflow you take home so the thinking does not evaporate on the flight.

Day three, and the half you did not schedule
Breakfast together, then the journey home. The rest of the three days is deliberately unbooked: Ramla Bay, a swim before the morning session, the kind of long lunch that lets an idea finish forming. That is not filler, it is the mechanism. The best sentences of the week get written in the sea, not in the room.
